• Your Piano, new or used, will be delivered directly to your home.
• Your Piano will be delivered unboxed (if the piano is coming from the warehouse) All boxes and shipping materials are removed and disposed in an environmentally friendly fashion.
• Piano will be brought to the designated area according to your instructions and set-up 
• We ask you NOT to play the piano within the 24 hours from delivery, especially if delivery takes place during the winter months 
• Your first tuning will be performed 1-4 weeks after the delivery - please contact us for full details

• When your piano arrives in your area, the piano movers will contact you to set up a time that is convenient for you to receive your instrument.
• Upon arrival at your home (studio or institution), the courteous team of movers will bring your piano into your house
• Once your piano has been delivered and setup, just call (905)855-1030  to arrange a convenient time for your new piano to be tuned.

The estimated delivery time on in-stock purchases will be 3-5 days.

The estimated delivery time on new pianos that are available in the warehouse is 7-10 business days.
